McDonald & Sons is a Certified Golf Course Builder through the GCBAA based in Maryland. The scope of our projects varies greatly. Travel is often required as our projects take us to many of the Country’s premier golf facilities.

Project Managers need the ability to simultaneously manage one or more projects, work directly with crew and customer alike, be willing to travel, and hold quality workmanship in the highest regard.
- Experience as a Golf Course Construction Manager or related field.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Works well in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to work well with a wide range of people.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to converse in Spanish a plus.

Equipment Operators are responsible for supporting one or more construction projects. They must be able to work directly with the Project Management team and other crew members, be willing to travel, and hold quality workmanship in the highest regard.
- Demonstrated ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to accurately follow directions.
- Ability to read and follow plans.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Travel to job locations will be provided by or compensated by company.

Administrative Assistant needs to have office experience, computer skills, professional attitude in dealing with clients vendors and staff. Bookkeeping experience a plus.
- Proficient in Work and Excel.
- Assist with hotel/housing needs for multiple project sites.
- Comfortable with managing a multi-line phone system.
- Assist with payroll, A/P, and A/R.
- Assist with setting up job, employee, and vendor files.
- Must be prepared to adapt and take on new responsibilities as assigned.
