& Sons has extensive experience with any type
of golf course construction project imaginable.
All golf course construction can be broken down
into three main categories; renovation, new construction
and design/build. Every project has a unique set
of elements to consider, whether it be its project
location or specific design criteria inherent
to that project. With every project we implement
the team approach to provide our clients with
a finished product that successfully reflects
all of the team member's goals.
Renovation
Renovation
can range from a complete overhaul of a course
to a small remodel of a few bunkers. Most renovation
projects entail one or more of the following categories:

Construction and Renovation
New Construction
New
Construction refers to any endeavor on an undeveloped
piece of land, whether it be a new course or an
addition to an existing course. New Construction

Every
Design/Build project will technically be considered
either a Renovation or New Construction. Design/Build
is set apart only because Design/Build includes
anything that McDonald & Sons has both designed
